(A) COVID Correspondence

(A) COVID Correspondence comprises an open project for all who wish to join. Each week project contributors write two open letters to a “Friend,” documenting their reflections and experiences during walks through their surroundings; these letters are not addressed to anyone specific and are meant to incorporate a degree of open intimacy, in a way that is inclusive and expansive. Correspondents find an object to either physically collect (if no health risk is involved) or to “collect” as a photograph, video, or audio recording. Then, they take these objects and mediate them, re-articulating them as drawings, paintings, sculptures, videos, poems. Eventually, their compendium of “findings” will become fodder for a map of COVID pathways to live online and appear in an eventual Trade Book.

Those who wish to join should email meanderlab@gmail.com with the title: A COVID Correspondence.
